Short-Term Running Goals:

I got my right ACL repaired on June 13th. My plan is to run very conservatively (at least 3x/wk).   Build my leg strength.  Add Cross-training into my regular schedule.

2010 Races:

Painters Half (Jan): 1:45:25

Riverton Half (March): 1:46:29

Kamas 5K (July): 23:57

Hobblecreek Half (Aug): 1:43:33

Long-Term Running Goals:

Maintain conditioning, rehab from ACL revision surgery and then run, run, run!  Run as long as my bad knees will allow- hopefully forever.

Re-qualify for Boston.

Complete a marathon in less than 3:30 without having to walk at any point.

Went out for a run to get the legs moving and clear my head. I had planned to do 3-5 but ended with a whopping 9. Took off from the hotel and headed out figuring I could find a nice short loop... but with all the bluffs around the SG area I don't think there is such a thing... It was kind of nice not knowing where I was going or what was over the next hill. I did, however, have to use the GPS on my phone to find my way back home. Lots of hills, and nice weather. Overall a great run.

AP: 8:59. Splits: 9:05, 9:06, 9:08, 8:59, 9:09, 9:12, 9:02, 8:51, 8:20.
