Ran on the treadmill today (ugh!)  Started out slow (6.5 mph and ended fairly fast 8.0 mph).  I ran my first 7 miles in 60 minutes. AP = 8.34.  Then I ran 3 miles in 23:30 for an AP of 7:50.  Cooled down with a 1 mile walk.

Felt good when I was done.  I dislike the treadmill mostly because it is so hot running inside.  I must have lost 10 lbs of water.

I'm sorry you have to run on the treadmill. I really hate the treadmill and try to avoid it as much as I can. I'm glad your knee is doing better.
