Took a nice easy run to the gym.  It felt great to be out running again.  I ran continuously for 4.9 miles.  My AP was 8:49.  I actually feel pretty good about that pace since I haven't done much for the past two months.  If my knee cooperates  I think I may attempt to run/walk SGM.  Maybe it will be fun- since I have no expectations whatsoever.  Walked an additional 1.6 miles.

Glad the knee is starting to ease up so you can run! Nice pace for the miles, especially just coming off this injury. Keep up the positive attitude, SGM would be fun - even with no expectations, I say go for it (as long as it's not going to put you BEHIND in your healing!)

I'm glad your knee is starting to feel better. It is so frustrating when you want to run but can't.

I think you should do it! It will be fun and a no pressure marathon would be GREAT!!!! But, only if your knee is cooperating!!!
