13.1 miles.  AP: 9:14.  Left from my house and ran most of the Riverton half route.  Splits:  9:04, 9:15, 9:47 (hill), 8:58, 9:22, 9:23, 9:03 (lovers lane hill), 9:15, 9:21, 9:21, 9:25, 9:00, 8:43, & 8:24 (pace for .1).

Not my best run.  Spent the first five miles talking to my mom on the phone so I never felt I got into a grove.  As I left the JRP I wanted to stop and walk but convinced myself to push on.  I'm pleased to see the dreaded lovers lane hill was not my slowest mile- I did attack the hill hoping to get it over.   I was hoping to complete the run in under 2 hours but didn't quite make it with a total time of 2:00:58.

Felt great to  be done.  And I actually got the opportunity to take a short nap today, Yay!

I still haven't decided whether to sign up for the Riverton half; I really don't care for the course, but it is local.  Maybe it will fill up before I decide and then I won't have to contemplate it.

haha! I've actually been thinking the same thing :) Nice run out on the course! Glad you are getting some good runs in and the knee isn't bugging you too much.

I signed up today and I know it will kill me. Does your knee bother you at all on your long runs?
