5K PR: Park City 5K 2009- 21:30 (2nd in AG)

10K PR: Freedom Run 1999 (1st race and only 10K)- 47:20

1/2 Marathon PR: Painters 2009- 1:38:37 (5th in AG)  Provo Halloween Half- 1:38:27  (4th in AG)

Marathon PR: Ogden 2009- 3:36 (12th in AG)

Short-Term Running Goals:

My goal is to run consistantly at least 5 days a week.  I would also like to bring my average pace back down into the 8's. 

 

2010 Races:

Painters Half (Jan): 1:45:25

Riverton Half (March): 1:46:29

Kamas 5K (July): 23:57

Hobblecreek Half (Aug): 1:43:33

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run as long as my bad knees will allow- hopefully forever.

Re-qualify for Boston.

Complete a marathon in less than 3:30 without having to walk at any point.

Ran the golf course with Scott.  Had to stop and walk a bit since my daughter called crying...:(.  Overall though the run felt good. Total time: 35:21

TT: 35:27.  Ran up and around Skye park and the neighborhood surrounding it.  I can't believe how hilly my new neighborhood is.  I guess that is a good thing.  7 days in a row of running...Yeah!  Getting back in the swing of things and my legs feel great...no soreness at all.

TT: 37:41.  Skye park neighborhood run.  Absolutely loving the energy I am feeling from getting active again...and my weight is coming down.  Man I have missed this.

 

Played open play indoor soccer tonight too...something I haven't done in about 2 years.  I am definately NOT in soccer condition.  The sprints killed me.  28 minutes of sprint activity.

This is only the second time I have run at the oval.  This time I ran alone.  Felt great but I am not sure I believe I was running an 8:36 pace since I have been much slower than that lately.   

25 laps at the oval in lane 3 =  7.09 miles in 61 minutes  AP= 8:36 min/mi

What a sweet day for a run.  Ran up to Skye park then across 4800 to Daybreak Lake, around Daybreak and back home.  Felt great...loved the sunshine and all of the people out playing.  Finished with a very strong .3 mile kick.  Yeah!!!    AP- 9:36.
